Una Healy (born 10 October 1981) is an Irish singer/songwriter and guitarist, best known for being one fifth of girl group “The Saturdays”.
Healy began playing the guitar from the age of 13. She was an acoustic and electric guitarist. She and Mollie King are the only members who can play an instrument, and plays guitar during most of their acoustic sessions. After leaving school, she started fronting a local rock band in Ireland.

She recorded for a few years with various other musicians. Healy won Ireland’s Glinsk Song Contest in both 2004 and 2006 and her self-produced EP, “Sorry” was released in 2006. She represented Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 as a backing singer for Brian Kennedy on “Every Song Is A Cry For Love”.
Since 2007, Healy has been a member of girl group “The Saturdays”. Their first four singles have all reached the Top 10 in the UK charts (“If This Is Love”, “Up”, “Issues” and “Just Can’t Get Enough”). Their debut album Chasing Lights also peaked at number nine. The Saturdays supported Girls Aloud on their Tangled Up Tour April/May/June 2008.
