Jennifer Joanne Metcalfe (born 4 September 1983 in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England) is an English actress and model.
She joined the cast of soap opera Hollyoaks in June 2006, playing feisty Mercedes McQueen. In 2007 and 2008, she was nominated for Sexiest Female at both the British Soap Awards and the Inside Soap Awards for her role as Mercedes, along with John Cooper who won Sexiest Male for his role in The Street.
