Hayden Leslie Panettiere, born August 21, 1989, is an American actress and singer. Hayden was first known for her character of Sheryl Yoast in Disney’s Remember the Titans during the early part of her career. As a child actress she also was in two soap operas, portraying Sarah Roberts on One Life to Live from 1994-1997, and Lizzie Spaulding on Guiding Light from 1996-2000. She reached a wider audience with her starring role as Claire Bennet on the 2006 NBC television series Heroes.
Hayden has a tattoo across her back with the words “Vivere senza rimipianti” which is Italian for “To live without regrets” although the correct spelling is “rimpianti”.

The 19-year-old actress, who’s also a self confessed exhibitionist, has no qualms in going full frontal.
“My dad calls me such an exhibitionist. He always says, ‘God, even when you were little, you were such an exhibitionist!’ the Sun quoted her as saying.
