The “DC Festival” is a very popular hot topic amongst the entire family rights movement at the moment, and there are more activists, professionals, politicians, musicians, seminars, facepaintings, balloons, street marches, candlelight vigils, and so forth. More family rights events than you can shake a stick at. This was all fairly recent, but coming together with urgency, passion, and excitement – including many organizations, and excited people just like you.
Here’s the official video invitation!
Parental rights are one of those natural rights that are and should be protected against intrusion by the government. It is our responsibility as citizens to remind the government of its’ limitations.
Good parents deserve to be with their children, and that is no subjective statement. Bad government policy over the family affects mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and nearly every thread of society including the current economic troubles of the American taxpayer. Feel free to spread the links and check out the Get Involved page to see where you can best help!
“Nothing is more rewarding than spending time with our children, however millions of children are prevented from equal access with their own parents. As a result of divorce, legal separation, or false allegations children are caught in the cross-fire. Help remind our government that parental rights are to be respected and protected by all. In observance of the importance parents play to society, a family preservation festival at Upper Senate Park in Washington DC is to honor and provide free help to parents in need.
