On Jan 11, 2011 in the Mississippi State of the State Address, Haley Barbour remarked, “I am proud of Mississippi. In 2004, my first year, after we worked together to enact comprehensive pro-life legislation, Americans United for Life, a national right-to-life organization, named Mississippi “the safest state in America for an unborn child.”

The national pro-life organization Personhood USA has taken this issue a step further. Personhood USA has collected signatures of 106,000 Mississippi citizens to have Proposition 26, dubbed “The Personhood Amendment”, put on the ballot November 8th, 2011. This means Mississippi citizens will have the opportunity to vote for or against a change the Mississippi State Constitution.

Proposition 26 will extend the civil rights you know enjoy to include the unborn. The text of the amendment is as follows; “The term ‘person’ or ‘persons’ shall include every human being from the moment of fertilization, cloning or the functional equivalent thereof.” It is just a few simple words but that will send a shockwave through other states and other likeminded people. I personally believe that one day we will look back at this period in history the same way we now look back upon the holocaust in Germany.

It has been a hotly contested battle to get to this point. The first step was the gathering the signatures. It has been accomplished. The next was fighting the inevitable lawsuits from the ones that profit from the abortions. Planned Parenthood USA, the nation’s largest abortion provider, filed in the Mississippi courts to have Amendment 26 taken off the ballot. Seems the pro-choice crowd didn’t want you to have a choice. The second step was accomplished when the Mississippi Supreme Court shot down Planned Parenthood’s appeal and the lower courts ruling that Mississippians do have the right to vote on this issue was allowed to stand.

When the majority of voters in November’s election vote YES on 26, abortion will be outlawed in our state; cloning and other forms of medical cannibalism will be effectively stopped; and a challenge will be set up to Roe v Wade.” http://www.yeson26.net/amendment-26.aspx

Colorado has tried to pass a similar amendment. They more than achieved the required signatures to be placed on their ballot in 2008 and again in 2010, but both opportunities to protect the unborn were ruled out by popular vote. So, now it is your turn to choose Mississippi Voters to take the final step into history. We have a choice between two drastically different options. We can either be the second state to vote that the unborn have no civil rights and no protection under the law, or we can be the first to grant the yet to be born the same rights we enjoy every day. The polls will be open from 7am until 7pm on November 8, 2011. A vote of Yes on Proposition 26 is a vote for life. Our next generation is counting on you.

Even though the driver was out a good chunk of change for the two infractions, at least the driver can lay claim to the most interesting ticket officer Flitton has ever written.

Linda White, 55, a guest-room cleaner, stabbed her ex-partner John Sandilands to death after a row.

Pat Bulmer, 48, who works as a receptionist, lured her husband Robert to be knifed to death by her lover so she could claim over £30,000 from his life insurance policy.

Julie Richardson, 42, also a cleaner at the hotel, scalded her own father with a red-hot iron before battering him to death with two accomplices.

The news that these dangerous criminals, all jailed for life, have been quietly integrated back into society has shocked and angered relatives of the murder victims.

Robert Bulmer’s sister Hepsy told The Sun: ‘It’s disgusting. What are the authorities thinking of?

More than three years after police in West Bloomfield arrested a man and accused him of raping his autistic daughter, the township’s insurance carrier has agreed to pay his family and attorney $1.8 million to settle a wrongful-arrest suit.

Julian Wendrow served 80 days in jail and faced life in prison; his wife, Thal Wendrow, faced decades behind bars, accused of allowing assaults to happen. Their 14-year-old daughter, who cannot speak, and their son, 13, were in foster care.

The evidence against them? A statement the girl, who functions as a 2-year-old, reportedly typed with the help of a teacher’s aide. The statement claimed her father had raped her since age 7 as her mother stood by. A physical exam showed no evidence of abuse, still they were arrested. Their daughter and her 13-year-old brother were placed in foster care.

Prosecutors dropped the case in March 2008 for lack of evidence, about four months after arresting the parents. Township lawyers deny any police wrongdoing.

The claim came from a method known as facilitated communication, in which the aide helped the girl type on a keyboard.

There was no physical evidence the girl had been assaulted, but the typed message became the key evidence against West Bloomfield residents Julian and Thal Wendrow.

The case dissolved in front of a judge when the girl couldn’t communicate answers to even simple questions, such as the color of her sweater. The aide helped the girl type in court, but hadn’t heard the judge’s questions. The girl’s responses were mostly gibberish. Other courts have long refused to accept testimony provided through facilitated communication.

Detectives interrogated the girl’s 13 year old brother in this case. This is a perfect example of how an interrogator (CPS, detective, social worker, etc.) can convince a child that something has happened to them when in fact it never happened.

Video clip 1 Early in the two-hour interrogation, Detective Brousseau tells the13-year-old that police have uncovered other evidence supporting his autistic sister’s allegations of sexual abuse. The detective never explains what evidence he is referring to.

Experts who have reviewed the video say the detective may have misinterpreted symptoms of Asperger’s Syndrome, a condition for which the boy was treated for 10 years, as evidence of guilt or evasion.

Video clip 4 As the boy continues to insist he has never had sexual contact with his father, Brousseau says that police have discovered evidence of sexual contact between the boy and his sister. Prosecutors now concede that there is no such evidence.

Video clip 5 Brousseau returns to the interrogation room after a 10-minute absence to report that crime lab technicians have uncovered new, unspecified evidence that points to the boy’s own involvement in sexual abuse. Prosecutors now concede no such evidence exists.

Video clip 6 Pressed to remember situations when his father and sister have been together, the boy tells Brousseau he has seen his father help his disabled sister shower while his father was naked. A psychologist who treated the girl for many years said she was aware of the father’s actions and not alarmed by them, because the autistic girl frequently became “frozen” and required her parents’ assistance to bathe.

Video clip 8 The boy asks to take a lie detector test; Brousseau tells him the father has refused to submit to a polygraph himself. The father’s lawyer says he vetoed the polygraph when he learned his father had volunteered to take the test.

Video clip 9 Brousseau insists the boy has firsthand knowledge of sexual abuse in his parents’ home.

Video clip 10 Brousseau hints that videotapes recovered in a search of the parents’ house depict the boy in sexual situations with family members, and warns that “it’s going to come out.” In fact, no such videos were found. You will hear a tone where the Free Press has removed a name from this clip.

Video clip 11 Convinced by the overwhelming phony evidence, the boy tells Brousseau he no longer sees his father as trustworthy. The detective insists that the father forfeited his son’s trust “a long time ago.”

From an emphatic denial of witnessing any abuse and complete trust and support for his father to a terrified kid in just under two hours with this detective who wants a conviction more than the truth. This child is convinced with repeated lies that his Dad has committed a horrible crime and he no longer trusts him.

This is Detective Brousseau of the West Bloomfield Police Department and believe it or not, there might be more just like him in your community.

An Arizona inmate has won an appeal of the civil rights lawsuit he filed against county jail officials after a female cadet conducted a search of the man’s genital area and buttocks while the video camera captured the action.


A federal appeals court in San Francisco on Thursday concluded such cross-gender searches are “unreasonable” and unconstitutional, and held officials in Maricopa County liable for damages.

Charles Byrd was arrested in 2004 and held as a pretrial detainee at a minimum-security jail in Phoenix. Corrections officers had ordered a non-emergency search of the entire housing unit, where some 90 inmates were detained.

The prisoners were ordered to remove all their clothes except their state-issued pink boxer shorts.

Byrd claims the cadet conducted a search that lasted about a minute and included squeezing and kneading his private areas. The cadet testified the search lasted 10 to 20 seconds and was conducted in accordance with accepted procedures. Byrd filed a grievance and later a lawsuit, claiming his due process rights and his right against unreasonable searches were violated.

A trial court jury had initially dismissed the claims.

The majority of the appeals court said it was “recognizing the privacy interest of inmates in their personal dignity” to be free from searches by someone from the opposite sex.

The county had no initial reaction to the ruling. It has the option of appealing it to the Supreme Court in coming months.

The case is Byrd v. Maricopa Sheriff’s Department (07-16640).

A 16-year-old boy landed in the city lock-up after a christmas gift sent him into a rage. He hurled a humidifier across a room, breaking the device. He then smashed his hand into a large mirror, causing it to shatter into jagged pieces.

The teen had just opened a gift that he didn’t like, Jamestown police reported.

Officers were called to the home on Fairview Avenue. The boy was taken to WCA Hospital where he was treated for a minor hand injury. He was later taken to city jail where he was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. The boy was released after his arraignment.

Police did not disclose whether officers had responded to any previous incidents at the address.

“My heart kept pounding and pounding” said brave little Alyssa. After she loaded the rifle she checked the bathroom and the living room to make sure that they were clear of the thugs. She then went to her Mothers closet with her loaded rifle in hand to call 9-11. “I was planning, if they came right next to me, I would shoot them,” said Alyssa.

Luckily, for the slime ball intruders, they had already made their getaway out the back door of the house. But as bad luck would have it for the degenerates, an off duty police officer who was driving by saw them jumping the fence and arrested them on the spot. So all ended well, the bottom dwellers were taken to jail where they were promptly released on bond to continue their plundering.

The cop (serve and protect) was given a two-year sentence. Considering that his victim was black I’m suprised he wasn’t aquitted.

Rioting has broken out over this travesty of justice.

With credit for time he has already served behind bars, Mehserle will be eligible for release in about seven months.”

PARIS, France – A 18-month boy appeared unhurt after falling seven stories and bouncing off an awning into a man’s arms, witnesses told Le Parisien newspaper.

Somehow, the toddler fell out a window, but a boy on the street saw what was happening and alerted his father, who caught the child after he bounced off the awning of a tobacco shop and cafe on the building’s ground floor, the paper reported.

“My son saw a little boy on a balcony. He had gone right outside the railing… I said to myself I mustn’t miss him,” local doctor Philippe Bensignor, told AFP, recounting Monday’s drama.

“I had time to move from side to side to get in the right position,” he added.

“The little boy was fine. He cried a little bit but calmed down straightaway.”

In Abu Ghraib torture style, in Stark County Ohio police officers strip women naked and leave them for hours.

Police arrested 48-year-old Kelly Moss Tuesday morning after they found her slumped over the steering wheel of her car. Officers say the car was parked halfway on the sidewalk and driveway in front of Arlington Middle School.

According to a police affidavit, Moss had slurred speech and a strong odor of vanilla on her breath. Inside the car, officers noticed a half finished bottle of Coke and partially empty bottles of vanilla extract. The bottles of vanilla extract were labeled as 35% alcohol by volume.

Moss is charged with driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a blood alcohol test. This is her third DUI arrest. Moss is currently in jail on a $4,000 bond.

She looks pretty happy to me.
