Avril Lavigne was born September 27, 1984.Avril is a Canadian singer-songwriter, fashion designer, actress and is one the sexiest young ladies in the world. Lavigne has sold more than 30 million copies of her albums worldwide. She is currently one of the top-selling artists releasing albums in the United States, with over 10.25 million copies certified by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Lavigne is currently working on her fourth studio album, which she stated on The View was due out early 2010. Eight songs, four of which Lavigne had written as a teenager, had been recorded as of August 1. Tracks on the forthcoming album include: “Everybody Hurts”, “Black Star”, “Gone”, “Fine” and “Darlin’”, which was the second song Lavigne ever wrote as a 15-year-old living in Napanee, Ontario.
