Two hundred thirteen days, a few hours and forty-four years ago I was given the greatest gift. The gift of life, but, simultaneously I was given the greatest curse. The curse of being unforgiven.
I have grown to have an overwhelming appetency for truth and when truth comes it seeks justice. Justice sometimes seeks blood and sometimes even death.
There is not much hope for man. He will live and he will die. There is hope for a tree: If it is cut down, it will sprout again, but man dies and is buried; he breathes his last breath and is no more. Will my offenses will be sealed; Will my redeemer cover over my sin? Will I live again?
I am at cross roads of sorts. I have run out of ways how to tell the same thing over and over again. Our once great Republic has become a Democracy. Our Republic is ruled by a constitution that protects individual liberty. Democracies are ruled by the people’s will and the people’s will is not always just.
The percentage of people that want to live off the workers in our society has reached critical mass and they vote for politicians that will pass laws to grant them what they want, freedom from responsibility. As our society spirals out of control in a web of debt, crime, murder and deviancy there is hope from above but few people accept what is freely offered.
Men seldom escape the black hole of Calcutta. Their days are short and filled with bugaboos. We castellate our hearts, breathe, labor, sweat and die. Our lives are seldom more than an ephemeron and its gone. Will our purpose here be finally evinced? Few achieve felicity and even fewer achieve helusion on earth but my redeemer lives, watches, and cares. Will he remember me when he comes into his kingdom?
I warn of the coming apocalypse but few heed my voice. Some times I feel like Cassandra. Allow me to refresh your memory about Cassandra.
In Greek mythology Cassandra was the daughter of King Priam and Queen Hecuba of Troy. Her beauty was so great that Apollo granted her the gift of truth. Whenever she spoke it was always truth, sometimes it hurt, sometimes it did not want to be heard but it was always the truth.
When Cassandra did not return his love, Apollo regretting his gift, placed a curse on everyone else, so that no one would ever believe her. She spoke truth but no one listened. Cassandra foresaw the destruction of Troy but was unable to do anything to forestall this tragedy since they did not believe her.
That was Cassandra’s plight and I know how she felt. The difference between her and me, though, is that she is a myth and I am at this moment a living, breathing human being with answers but many more questions. A man created by a loving God that demands justice and will get justice.
A God that offers a free gift, no cost and no effort to you, all you have to do is accept. A gift purchased by his son in such a great quantity that there is enough for everyone forever. The gift is impunity, freedom from any punishment, loss, or consequences from being born a sinner.
I have written hundreds of pages here on every subject that interests me. Many have agreed with most of my views but many have not.
I have been called a homophobe, racist, bigot and a liar. I have been accused of forcing my beliefs on others. A small price to pay for my freedom of speech fought for by my forefathers and yours. But I ask you now, if you knew of a certainty that I was about to meet a horrid fate, would you warn me? The world itself will soon meet this fate I speak of. Thousands meet it everyday alone. You will meet it one day.
My purpose is to further the cause of truth and influence people to stand up against an ever growing government and save the freedom this nation has provided for two and a half centuries. My goal is to be free to proclaim the salvation that is availiable to save you from an eternally horrid fate and that you have the liberty to accept or reject it without fear of your government.
Have you accepted this free gift that has been offered?
