Ethanol subsidies make fuel from food. It drives the price of corn up to a point that more people starve to death in Africa. It is in fact another tool of the environmental movement to reduce the population of the planet by denying food to the people they deem less desirable.
I read an article a couple of years back that said it costs about $8 per gallon to produce ethanol and is 20% less efficient than gasoline. They are not only subsidizing it but are forcing refineries to add it to their gas. This results in higher food prices, higher fuel costs, and less MPG. This is another great success of Liberal Politics.
Direct action against the invasive, meddlesome authority of our government is the only logical answer to bring liberty back to the American people.
