Arlen Specter Defeated in Primary

U.S. Senator Arlen Specter lost the Pennsylvania Democratic primary today, bringing an end to his 30-year Senate career.

I believe the final nail in his political coffin was Barack Obama announcement that Arlen Spector’s vote was the deciding vote for the non-stimulating stimulus package, as well as the fact that he betrayed Republican voters that elected him by switching parties when he thought Obama was on a heater.

The people have spoken. Arlen Spector has lots his primary in Pennsylvania and will not be a democratic candidate for the senate in November. With his change-a-minute ways who knows, maybe he will enter as an independent.?

Here is his Specter’s concession speech…

“It’s been a great privilege [free meals, trips and donations(bribes)] to serve [screw] the people of Pennsylvania [and America],” Specter said in brief remarks to supporters [people wanting something for nothing] tonight. “And it’s been a great privilege to be in the United States Senate.”

Congressman Joe Sestak wins the opportunity to be defeated in the election in November.

Side note: our total debt will hit 13 trillion on Thursday ($118,000.00 for every taxpayer in America). Almost every penny of it was amassed during Arlens time in office.
