The Post American World

Its thought it was very odd that Barack Obama, during his campaign for president would be photographed with this book, finger inserted as a bookmark like he was so into it he could not wait to get alone to finish.

But if you look at the current bankrupting of America his administration is gleefully doing, its all starting to make sense.

Now why would someone with the name Barack Hussein Obama be reading a book “not about the decline of America, but the rise of everyone else” and written by a guy named Fareed Zakaria?

From the review of the “Post American World”–”He sees the “rise of the rest”—the growth of countries like China, India, Brazil, Russia, and many others—as the great story of our time, and one that will reshape the world. The tallest buildings, biggest dams, largest-selling movies, and most advanced cell phones are all being built outside the United States. This economic growth is producing political confidence, national pride, and potentially international problems. How should the United States understand and thrive in this rapidly changing international climate? What does it mean to live in a truly global era?

What is not being said with this statement, and probably not in the book, is that for the most part, the US has made it possible for these countries to grow. China has gotten a tremendous boost in its economic system due to the influx of jobs from manufacturing from American companies.

Didn’t our Army Corps of Engineers help them build and the American Taxpayer fund that big Dam in China?

Weren’t cell phones possible through the scientific development, as well as space exploration of the US?

I hear this greatest President ever, Obama himself, extol the virtues of other countries, and put us down as nothing but dumb-a$$es.

American households lost $1.33 trillion of their wealth in the first three months of the year. Combine that with the 2 trillion in bailouts, the one trillion dollar stimulus package, a 3.66 trillion dollar budget and the unemployment rate skyrocketing to 9.4 percent already.

Way to stimulate there, Obama! We’re 8 Trillion in the hole and it’s only been 5 months.

Well, it looks like things are going according to plan. By the time Obama is done with America we will have the same per capita wealth as Mexico. A level playing field, nobody has anything. And he’ll proudly announce “Mission accomplished,” to the cheers of all our beloved Democrats.

Hey Hollywood, wake up! The unemployed don’t buy many cd’s, go to many movies or buy many autographed photo’s, even if your showing a little extra skin.
