I have observed that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate homeowners, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in most real estate exchange, a percentage is paid. Finally, FSBO sellers will not “save” the commission payment. Rather, they fight to win the commission simply by doing a agent’s task. In completing this task, they spend their money as well as time to complete, as best they will, the obligations of an realtor. Those jobs include disclosing the home by marketing, showing the home to buyers, constructing a sense of buyer emergency in order to trigger an offer, making arrangement for home inspections, handling qualification investigations with the loan provider, supervising maintenance, and facilitating the closing.
