Fergie Prom Date Locked Up Tight

Vincent Dean Malicek, also known as the guy who took Fergie to the prom, was sentenced to 97 months in Federal prison in March for one count of armed bank robbery.

The prosecution was seeking ten years, but Malicek was facing a max of 20. The public defender says he will probably do 85 percent of his time, must pay full restitution to Wells Fargo, and will be eligible for a halfway house during the last year of his sentence.

High school sweethearts often go their seperate ways after the prom but these two take the cake.
