Personally, since this usurper now has proved that he OWNS the White House, Congress, the Press, Television News Stations, and Passes Laws by Executive Order, I think the only way of saving this country is going to be by FORCE. Just my opinion…I’m just as entitled to my OPINION as the rest…This stimulus package is going to kill us all anyway (by slow, slow degree. After we have lost everything we ever worked for, dreamed for, saved for, and we are all going to die hungry!) Comments:

I recomend everyone read the original constitution and the bill of rights at least once, then tell yourself that what is happening to this country is constitutional or treason. If it be constitutional what are we complaining about, if it is treason why are we setting on our asses and not doing anything about it? I highly recommend reading the part in the constitution where it specifically tells government what authority it has and is not permitted to assume it has anyother power. then find the part that says the constitution only has time limited authority as the supreme law of this land. Then someone find the part that says the United States Supreme Court has any authority to make law or ignore the constitution for any purpose. what i would really like to find is the part that says the United States Supreme court has the authority to interprete the constitution, the way I read it says it can only enforce what is written letter by letter and interpretation is forbidden. American jurishprudence specifically states “Judges are not permitted an opinion” They must rule according to exacttly what is written or recuse themselves from the case. Judges are not required to agree with the law but they are required to enforce what is written until congress changes that law. Note Article six clause two specifically states “the constitution is the supreme law of this land” and no other law can be held above it if the constitution is the supreme law of this land as it proclaims. Any law congress passes that is repugnant to the constitution is null and void and can not have any force or effect. Any treaty this country ay be involved with must comply with the constitutional limitations on governmental authority or that treaty is not binding on the american people. To pass a law, sign a treaty or evade ruling in compliance with the constitution is a crime against that constitution, the very definition of treason is a crime against the people, the constitution or this country. failure to uphold and enforce the constitution as it is written is a violation of ones oath of office and is a crime against all of the above and therefore is an act of treason. the second ammendment is the citizens authority to stamp out treason and anyone supporting those treasonous acts. It is the duty of every citizen, not a crime, to exercise the second ammendment to remove the criminals in our government.
