While her mother Casey Anthony sits behind bars, a report has been released revealing that Lee Anthony, the uncle of little Caylee, could be facing charges, but details are lacking.
“It’s an ongoing investigation, so no one really knows where it’s going to lead.” his attorney Thomas Luka said, “Mr. Anthony obviously wants his civil rights protected. Everyone involved in the case should have their rights covered when determining what the police can and can not do or should and should not expect from the witnesses involved in this case.”
According to Luka, Lee has been fully cooperative with police: “For that reason, he feels at this point, now that the police are focusing completely on Casey, he wants to make sure that his own civil rights are protected.”
Not much has been seen of Lee in the last few months but there is a rumor circulating that he too has asked for immunity from prosecution. If immunity is handed out to anyone in the Anthony family it could likely lead to a not guilty verdict at Casey’s trial. This family has shown they are going to stick together no matter what Casey has done. I can imagine any of them, under immunity and on the witness stand confessing to the murder of Caylee and getting Casey off the hook for murder.
If immunity is granted this could actually happen.

I have been one of the stupid people allowing Casey get get all this attention by reading and listening to every detail on this case. I know in my heart this Casey is guilty of Caylee’s death. I can not believe her family can stand by a monster after what she had done to their granddaughter. Casey has lied, lied and lied over and over. That girl can’t tell the truth if her life depended on it. Casey is nothing but a cold calius monster. I hope she is found guilty and is put to death. The real justice would be to do the same to her as she has done to her daughter. I just hope her family wakes up and just give the police the information they need. What….they want her to have another child so they can go threw a repeat of what they are going threw now.
