Texas CPS Takes Another Baby

This is happening all across the country every day.

The State of Texas says with Shirley Houser and her husband there is a risk of physical neglect. You no longer have to be charged with a crime for CPS to take your kids, just the suspicion that you may neglect the children.

CPS took the baby two days after the birth of their kid from the Brackenridge Hospital in downtown Austin, Texas.
There only crime is being poor.

A TIME Magazine article in 2000 titled “The Shame of Foster Care” admitted that children are five times more likely to be abused in government custody. Of course, their answer is more funding. The funding has already grown exponentially. The problem isn’t funding, the problem is these groups are chartered to break up families.

A little known fact…. Child protective Services County organizations are funded on a pay per kid basis, meaning the more children they have in the system the more federal funding they recieve. This iis a major conflict of interest in deciding when to remove a child from the home or right out of the hospital.
