Parental rights nullified. Fascism legitimized.
The U.S. Supreme Court without comment has refused to intervene in a case prompted by the actions of officials at Estabrook Elementary school in Lexington, Mass., who not only were teaching homosexuality to young children, but specifically refused to allow Christian parents to opt their children out of the indoctrination.
The case involves Massachusetts father David Parker, who with his wife now have withdrawn their children from public schools, for which they continue to pay taxes, and are homeschooling.
The decision by the Supreme Court leaves standing the ruling from the appeals court for Massachusetts, where Judge Sandra Lynch said those who are concerned over such civil rights violations “may seek recourse to the normal political processes for change in the town and state.”
Earlier District Judge Mark Wolf had ordered that school officials’ work to undermine Christian beliefs and teach homosexuality is needed to prepare children for citizenship, and if parents don’t like it they can elect a different school committee or homeschool their children.
According to a new report from MassResistance, a pro-family organization following the case, the dispute was over the “Lexington Schools’ aggressive policy of normalizing homosexual behavior to elementary school children and not allowing parents to be notified before or after, or being able to opt-out their kids from it.”
The dispute grabbed headlines when Parker, on April 27, 2005, “was arrested and thrown in jail by school officials over his insistence on being notified regarding his son in kindergarten being taught about homosexual relationships by adults,” Mass Resistance reported.
Another family was alarmed by a similar situation a short time later as the school not only continued its indoctrination, but “became more hostile to the Parkers, and local liberals and homosexual activists did their best to harass the family,” Mass Resistance reported.
The school, led by Supt. Paul Ash, then stated in school publications they would not “compromise” on any points regarding the homosexual agenda.
“The unrelenting action of the Lexington schools to push homosexuality in the lower grades, as well as the ugly hostility of local liberals toward the Parkers and their children over this incident has taken its toll,” Mass Resistance said. “This year the Parkers removed both of their children from the Eastbrook Elementary School and have been homeschooling.”
“The federal Supreme Court of the United States has tragically decided to deny our case from moving forward,” Parker said in a statement. “We have exhausted all our legal options in the federal system for the protection of young children in the public schools. The Supreme Court has cowardly turned their backs on a parental rights issue that clearly has national significance with profound consequences. “We believe that parents have the right and sacred responsibility to defend the psyches of their young impressionable children against such child predation. This includes more forceful measures to defend against, the inculcation and penetration, of perversion into their minds, behind the parent’s back and against their will.
This despicable ruling is not of the people, nor for the people, and nor by the people – but against them. We, the people, must take back our government for the sake of our children and the sake of this nation. David Parker said.
The high court previously found, the request argued, the “primary role of the parents in the upbringing of their children is now established beyond debate as an enduring American tradition. Aspects of child rearing protected from unnecessary intrusion by the government include the inculcation of moral standards, religious beliefs, and elements of good citizenship.”
The Court has once again ruled against parents in favor of the State. This ruling effectively says the State has the right to teach or indoctrinate the captive students of this country into their beliefs behind the back of natural parents and in many cases against the parents will. teachers are being positioned to have a Constitutional right to indoctrinate our kids.
As a family rights advocate and activist I encourage the parents of this nation to stand up against this intrusive government and demand that parental rights be protected and only support political candidates that will fight for the rights of the family over the state. The court system of this country is setting up the state as the primary guardian of our kids and is alienating the children from their parents.
A good place to start is Splitntwo.com where hundreds have banded together to demand the rights of parents be respected. Join us in this fight before its too late.

hi buddy,
I have to disagree with this. God teaches tolerance. Jesus hung out with gays.
I’ll never understand how men yelling about equal rights can scream that we should take them away from this group of people.
with love,
teri
Terri this is a basic parental rights issue. My feeling on it would be the same no matter the subject. It should be the parents right to teach their own kids social issues. The schools should teach reading, writing math. I am tolerant of others beliefs but when it comes to the children the state should not be pushing their rights over the parents rights. You have never heard me scream about mens rights, I got involved in this because of womens right issues. I only support parents and childrens rights. I never change my stand no matter what the issue.
Teri pushes her LGBT issues ahead of parental rights. She does not stand for father’s rights since she herself aliented 4 children from 4 fathers. Most men in the father’s rights and children’s rights group pretty much ignore her blogs and comments. Most men and women stand for their children’s rights to be involved in the lives of their biological mom and biological dad.
As opposed to the rights of gay children and teens not to be abused by people like you teaching their kids to hate gays.
Spoken like a true gaytard
this should not even be an issue because for a public school to teach CHILDREN that homosexuality is “ok” but then cant even follow it up with a passage from the bible contridicting the issue is aboulutely ridiculous!!! so Teri its not that men are SCREAMING about equal rights its that men are SCREAMING for the protection and preservation of his child!
Hi!
This whole blog post is suspect, because it is reflecting on patently false information.
The “MassResistance” publication reported that, “…Parker, on April 27, 2005, ‘was arrested and thrown in jail by school officials…”. This “report” is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!
NO school officials, in any state of the U.S., can legally arrest or jail ANYONE. LEOS of a proper government authority (city, county, state, federal) have arrest and the ability to throw someone in jail. School officials have NO SUCH AUTHORITY.
It would not trust anything the “MassResistance” publication says. The blogger here has inadvertently found information that they did not know was false, and is talking about some incident that did not occurr in anything remotely like what was reported.
It would be nice to see this blog changed to reflect the actual facts of this situation, so that we could learn something and have a discussion based in reality.

Same sex marriage laws will destroy our society as we know it.
Young adults with no children, I can understand your views. You know every US Citizen has the freedoms of expression and speech, etc. But, when you have young children of your own and your kindergartners are forced to watch wide screen footage of Gay-rights parades. Believe me, these oversize photos of shirtless trangenders showing close-ups of their surgical scars from breast tissue removal can be frightening.
PROTECT OUR CHILDREN – In case anyone is paying any attention, persons in same-sex relationships who support gay marriage are only thinking of their own selfish desires. I know I will be lambasted and called a bigot, among other things, but children don’t have a voice, so that’s why we have to speak for them. We aren’t considering the damage this could have had on our children. Think about the problems this would cause in our public schools.
* Males (and teachers alike) who claim they are really women will have the right to use girl’s dressing rooms and locker rooms.
* Males will have the right to dress as women in class and teachers will be disciplined if they complain, no matter how disruptive the attire.
* Teachers will be required to call students by their preferred pronouns and opposite sex names.
* Parents would have no say to request their child be excluded from same-sex education classes.
There will come a day when we won’t be allowed to speak out. Gay rights activists are taking over, their voices much louder than our conservative ones. Soon, we won’t be allowed to voice our opinions. We’ll be accused of hate! We’ll be the minority, singled out and intimidated. Remember, this has nothing to do with race. If we don’t speak up, our children will have an insecure future.
Cliff, you have picked out a phrase in this post and argued with the phrasing. The story is true. If you said, for instance, “My 18 year old stole my car and I threw him in jail” Everyone would know that in fact you had called the police, not that you had literally done it yourself.
