Does CPS and DHS really protect children?
It is sickening how many children are subject to abuse, neglect and even
killed at the hands of Child Protective Services.

Recent numbers have increased significantly for CPS.

6.4 children die at the hands of the very agencies that
are supposed to protect them and only 1.5 at the hands of parents per
100,000 children.
CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse
and kills more children than parents in the United States.
If the citizens of this country hold CPS to the same standards that they
hold parents too. No judge should ever put another child in the hands of
ANY government agency because CPS nationwide is guilty of more harm
and death than any human being combined. CPS nationwide is guilty of
more human rights violations and deaths of children then the homes from
which they were removed. When are the judges going to wake up and see
that they are sending children to their death and a life of abuse when
children are removed from safe homes based on the mere opinion of a
bunch of social workers.
All Americans have a right to due process. Under our Bill of Rights evidence must be shown to a Grand Jury, which then calls for an indictment.
In the last 50 years, all of these new agencies have claimed powers that they do not in truth have. Federal documents show that CPS’s true role is to have the State take over for the parents, despite the fact that the government has the worst record of anyone when it comes to the care of children.
A TIME Magazine article in 2000 titled “The Shame of Foster Care” admitted that children are five times more likely to be abused in government custody. Of course, their answer is more funding. The funding has already grown exponentially. The problem isn’t funding, the problem is these groups are chartered to break up families.
A recent Federal Court ruling said the IRS cannot take your property without due process. They’ve got to get an indictment and then give the accused a chance to face their accuser and defend themselves. There have been hundreds of similar rulings concerning CPS, but they are not followed.
A little known fact…. Child protective Services County organizations are funded on a pay per kid basis, meaning the more children they have in the system the more federal funding they recieve. This iis a major conflict of interest in deciding when to remove a child from the home.
Futher complating the problem is the bonus money for adopting the children out. This is evident in some counties refusing to ever try to provide education and reuniting kids with their parents. Simply put there are millions of dollars at stake to remove kids and adopt them out as quickly as possible. There is no financial gain to CPS in reuniting families.
