The cousin, known as "Joe," was reportedly in town the night Haleigh went missing and returned home to Tennessee, where tipsters called in a sighting to police. Croslin said on the Today Show that her cousin is a criminal but she doesn't know if he had anything to do with Haleigh's disappearance.
